Clinical Consultation

Emily specializes in perinatal mental health and women’s issues with an emphasis on anxiety disorders and utilizes EMDR, CBT, Ego State, and Polyvagal Theory. With a history working as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), she also understands addiction and it’s impact on clients and families. Emily can provide a confidential, collaborative space to debrief hard cases, combat private practice isolation, and sharpen your clinical lens.

Clinical Supervision

Meet your post-graduate supervision hours safely, ethically, and with confidence. Emily holds an active independent social work license in Iowa and has more than 8 years of post-licensure independent practice experience. Emily will facilitate a deepening of your expertise with treatment planning, documentation, and managing complex client needs, while also helping you navigate healthy professional boundaries, practice management, and ethical standards.

Emily offers both individual and group supervision - when appropriate.
